In this meditation we are looking at connecting to your body and how its feeling and what messages it holds.
Our body holds so much information, we just need to learn to how to listen to it. To pay attention to the feelings, what messages come through, and then take action. You may get called to look at your diet, water, exercise, emotional support, holistic health, journalling, meditation, mindfulness, spiritual connection.
I like to journal after this body connection around my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. Then choose a couple of things that I can actually take action.
