Join this Meditation Course, which runs for 6 weeks through a secret facebook group? Not got Facebook,then the meditations and information can be emailed to you (you will need a device to download and listen to the meditation files and read the printable PDFs).

How will the course run?

  • Over the 6 weeks, I will teach you simple meditation techniques and share with you a library of meditations
  • You will receive new meditations (approx 2 a week) which you can download and have forever
  • I will share top tips and exercises with you
  • I will use a mixture of videos, MP3s, pdfs and facebook live videos and FAQs
  • You will be able to ask me questions within the secret facebook group
  • Each week we will look at a different aspect of  meditation, mindfulness or a tool for calm. The recorded  meditations and  exercises will allow you time to practice throughout the week and duration of the course.  You will have access to this information afterwards and will be downloadable on your laptop/tablet for your future use
  • During the  six weeks of the course, I will be able to answer any questions, support your practise of meditation and mindfulness and help you create a habit of mindfulness and meditation
